How does Instagram connect to Omnentra?
Via Facebook OAuth — Instagram Business accounts are managed through Facebook. You authorize Omnentra to publish and read insights on your connected Instagram Business profile.
Does Omnentra work with personal Instagram profiles?
No. Instagram's API only supports Business and Creator accounts. You'll need to switch to a Business or Creator account first.
Is my Instagram data safe?
Omnentra reads your Instagram insights only within your project workspace. It is never shared with other users and is not used to train shared models.
Does this integration cost extra?
No. The Instagram integration is included in all Omnentra plans.
What content types can Omnentra publish to Instagram?
Photos, carousels (multi-image), and reels. Stories publishing is not currently supported by the Instagram API.
