ClickUp + Omnentra — common questions
How does ClickUp connect to Omnentra?
Via ClickUp OAuth. You authorize Omnentra to access your ClickUp workspace — it can create and update tasks in the spaces you select. It cannot delete tasks or modify workspace settings.
Can Omnentra create tasks in any ClickUp Space or List?
Yes. During setup, you select which Spaces Omnentra has access to. You can configure which List new content tasks are created in from Omnentra's settings.
Is my ClickUp data safe?
Omnentra accesses only the Spaces and Lists you authorize. Task data is used within your Omnentra project workspace only.
Does this integration cost extra?
No. ClickUp integration is included in all Omnentra plans.
What happens if I disconnect ClickUp?
Omnentra stops creating and updating tasks in ClickUp. Existing tasks created by Omnentra remain in ClickUp unchanged.
